WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

All products are guaranteed by the manufacturers for 2 years. When you check the product during product delivery or in front of the building deliveries, If you see any damage, please send us the pictures of the damage via WhatsApp. Our company will examine the pictures and the necessary intervention will be made as soon as possible. You will be informed about the correction to be made. The damaged part will be sent to you by cargo, and the product’s fault will be corrected and you will be able to use it. You will not pay any costs for these transactions. If the product you purchased on our site is faulty or different from the site image and is of poor quality, you can return the product free of charge by using your right to return and get your deposit back. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.

MY PRODUCT IS MISSING / DEFECTIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In cases where there is any missing or error in the products that come with the transport, we ask you to send the images of the missing or faulty parts via WhatsApp at 0 (537) 601 20 13. You can also reach our SSH (After Sales Service) unit by calling 0 (537) 601 20 13 or by sending an e-mail to info@livedesign.com.tr. Your SSH record will be opened and your missing or problematic part will be evaluated as soon as possible and sent to you after the necessary actions have been taken. We resolve missing or faulty parts requests within 7 working days on average. The maximum resolution period is 28 working days for the processes that take longer due to some chronic reasons.
